Obesity is such a bog problem, but I get so confused with all of the calorie talk. I also didn't actually think that pre-packaged salad was very good for you as it had very few nutrients and actually quite a few chemicals. I understand about GI foods and the wrap is a perfect example of this, and I think we should be educating people about different types of food to eat and the benefits as opposed to calorie counting. A step in the right direction though
