Fast Forward: The non-polluting van

Producing a low emission car is one of the key elements of the Fast Forward challenge, where students from three schools are competing to design their own sports car.

Coventry firm Modec is showing the students the way and leading the marketplace for environmentally friendly transport with the production of a zero emission, electrically powered van.

The vehicle is already being used by Tesco to transport deliveries.
