The West Midlands is one of the worst regions in England for obesity, with women being the most likely to be obese of any region in the country, according to government figures.
Researchers at Warwick University's Medical School have teamed up with Lasan Indian restaurant in Birmingham to tackle the problem by producing a healthier curry recipe book.
As part of a series of films on research to tackle obesity, medics and restaurateurs explain how the book can help in the battle against obesity.
