Battling Obesity:The taste test
Can healthy food taste as good as fattening food?
As the West Midlands has become one of the worst regions in the country for levels of obesity the challenge is one to make healthier meals that are also tasty and appealing.
It is a challenge that has been taken up by Warwick University Medical School and Lasan Indian Restaurant in Birmingham who have produced a healthier curry recipe book.
As part of a series of films about tackling obesity, home cook Shakeel Padamsey puts some of the recipes to the taste test to see if they can really impact on the growing obesity problem in the West Midlands.
