Prof Sudesh Kumar from Warwick Medical School talks about a project to tackle obesity by encouraging people to eat healthier Indian food.
He describes the ideas behind a new healthier curry recipe book, produced in conjunction with Lasan restaurant in Birmingham, and why obesity is such a particular threat to people from the Asian community.
With the curry being one of the most popular meals in the UK Prof Kumar hopes the dishes will not only improve the health of Asian people but help to tackle the general obesity crisis.
