Green potential of 'wonder' material

Researchers at Warwick University have teamed up with firm that builds power converters for wind turbines to exploit the energy saving qualities of silicon carbide, dubbed a wonder material.

Converteam are using the material for its enhanced conductivity. It could make the technology behind renewable energy more durable.
